What Are Beliefs?

Beliefs are a subjective view that something is true or false about ourselves, others or the world, and are a filter through which we view and experience life.

Our subconscious mind considers these as absolute truths, and our subconscious, being like a computer, will seek to verify or fulfill these truths.

Where Do They Come From?

Beliefs can come from: conclusions we draw about our own experiences; suggestions of others or society; our ancestors (we inherit beliefs when we are born).

The Belief Code?

The Belief Code® is a groundbreaking new form of energy healing that takes the Emotion Code® and the Body Code™ to the next level by identifying and releasing entire belief systems.

A belief system can be likened to a tree. The soil, the root, the trunk, the branches and the leaves each represent a part of the belief system.

In a Belief Code session, we make sure no part of the belief system is left behind.

Faulty Core Identity

A Faulty Core Identity is the origin story of the belief. These beliefs often begin when we are children and absorb the ideas around us without question. These become associated with our identity so closely, they may be unrecognizable to us.

Faulty Core Belief

When a negative belief is reinforced, and supported by other emotions, that belief begins to grow and even become additional beliefs. It spreads and compounds upon itself, becoming a tangled web of roots that becomes our belief system.

Limiting Beliefs

When you ask why the belief system exists, you will find the limiting beliefs at the center. These beliefs are likely things you believe about yourself or the world. You might have no idea that those thoughts are lingering in your subconscious mind.

Negative Programs

Negative Programs are the result of the full system, producing negative automatic thoughts. They are the easiest part of the Faulty Belief System to perceive and can be recognized as negative self-talk and negative chatter in the mind.

Associated Imbalances

Associated imbalances provide the charge and energy behind a belief system.

The most common types are trapped emotions, mental images, broadcast messages, idea allergies & memory fields. These are like the fertilizer that promotes further growth of the tree.

For significant change to occur, the entire belief system and its associated imbalances must be identified and released.

It was truly amazing and liberating at the same time, to read about some of the situations in my life that somehow created belief systems that were erroneous and non-necessary for my wellbeing.
