First you record affirmations of your choice. Then the program will create an MP3 recording that is meant to be listened to with headphones, with a different version of the recording playing in each ear (one being 8 Hz higher than the other).

Before doing any scan, we need to create a profile for you in the AO Scan with a unique energy signature. This unique signature is made of:
- Your name
- Your date of birth
- A picture (headshot) of you
- Your weight (optional, but adds more precision)
- Your height (optional, but adds more precision)
- A 10-12 second recording of your voice
That energy signature can be compared to a website address or a phone number. Once that unique signature has been created in your profile, you can be scanned and optimized from a distance and frequencies can be broadcast to you through the quantum field.
