What is Included in the
Abundance Program
The first part: Evaluation
In a nutshell, the evaluation will tell us where you are, where you have been, and where you want to be.
Your current situation
We will discuss your current situation to see how problematic money issues are for you and in what way. For instance, how your life is affected by money issues, how stressful it is for you, how often you cancel social activities due to money issues, etc.
Visualization and goal setting
That exercise will set things in motion by setting a very clear, detailed and precise goal.
We will paint the picture of what your new reality is like once you have reached your financial goals:
- What job are you doing?
- How many hours/day per week?
- How much money do you make?
- How much disposable income you have left for fun stuff?
- What are you doing or able to do once you have achieved your goal (activities, relationships, charity work, etc.)?
- How does achieving your goal makes you feel?
Your Current Mindset
This part is all about beliefs you have about money, success and abundance.
- What limiting beliefs do you have?
- What empowering beliefs are you in conflict with?
Abundance Related Modes
This part is about finding out the direction in which your subconscious is pulling you.
- What part of you is in a state of lack?
- What part of you is in a state of abundance?
- What part of you is stuck (stagnant)?
The goal is to bring you 100% pulling towards a state of abundance.
Part II: The Release/Healing Sessions
Now that we have laid the foundation by doing the evaluation, we are ready to get into the nitty-gritty and start the actual healing/releasing work and blast all those blocks way!! This is when the shifts happen!
From the work done in the evaluation, we now have a list of things to work on during the abundance breakthrough sessions.
Where to Start?
Your Subconscious Mind knows best what the priority should be and in what order the blocks should be addressed, so we let it "run the show" and tell us what to work on during each session.
We can work on:
- Removing limiting beliefs
- Installing empowering beliefs
- Increase your abundance mode to bring it up to 100%
- Decrease your lack mode with to bring it down to 0%
- Release the imbalances that are preventing you from being aligned with your goals
- Release everything surrounding a particular trauma you are still impacted by
- Release what is contributing or causing stress/pain around money issues.
Regardless of what we are working on in the previous list, the process is the same: We use The Body Code to find and release the imbalances that are in the way of what it is that we are specifically addressing.
And as you will see during the sessions, anything can cause anything!
